ExxonMobil chief executive Darren Woods received $44.1 million in pay for 2024, a 19.3% increase over the year before.
Woods’ pay compares with the $32.7 million paid to Mike Wirth, boss of rival US supermajor Chevron, which was a 19.5% increase from the previous year.
